core material: 6. Personal Effectiveness Training This programme is aimed at people who were emotionally damaged by the conditions of apartheid. Although many managers mistakenly believe that change in government automatically altered the attitude of the people, the scars live on emotionally. However by raising levels of EQ and self-esteem, businesses experience a much more motivated work force, and far fewer IR problems. This programme is structured to especially cater for people who have a low level of education and poor command of the English language. |
